The 12 bedroom boutique hotel is a new addition to Doolin’s quality accommodation offering

Doolin’s newest hotel has opened its doors, offering 12 bedrooms in the Teergonean area of Doolin – the home of traditional Irish music. After its first successful month in business, the Fiddle + Bow Hotel celebrated its official opening at the end of June, with a ‘Meet & Greet’ for local businesses and partners to attend.

Bespoke Bedrooms

This elegant boutique hotel beautifully blends the old with the new, combining traditional and contemporary decor which has created a look that is both timeless and timely. Its 12 bespoke bedrooms boast 32” smart TVs, with individual heating, AirCon and locally produced Anam Coffee.

We aim to provide a home away from home atmosphere, with great customer service.

Distinct character

The Fiddle + Bow Hotel has its own distinct character and personality, as do many of the accommodation businesses in Doolin – a far cry from the more corporate style of many big hotel chains in the larger towns or cities. The name itself ‘Fiddle + Bow’ honours Doolin’s rich musical heritage, and throughout the property you’ll find a collection of decorative musical instruments, showcased on bookshelves and cabinets.

Food & Drink

With homemade breads and granola prepared in the kitchen, the hotel is quickly becoming renowned for its breakfast offering. Small bites are served in the evening, and another quirky feature of this hotel is the ‘honesty bar’, which allows residents to pour themselves a drink or two (or three or four..), and drop some money into the bar’s honesty box as payment.

Where possible, we try to support Irish producers, especially local suppliers in County Clare.
