Cunningham has clocked up 10 independently-released albums, recorded in 7 countries, having spent over a decade on the move, taking in residencies in Berlin, Vienna and Paris.

The tour coincides with the 10-year anniversary of his sophomore album, The Window And Day, recorded in Iceland by esteemed producer Valgeir Sigurðsson.

Heralding the impending release of his new album, Peace, Pity and Pardon,
recorded in Switzerland under the watchful eye of Thomas ‘Gabu’ Gabriel –
Cunningham brings his inimitable musicianship and depth of lyricism to The Attic, Hotel Doolin

Pa Sheehy live in the Attic

The Attic Doolin- April 18th- 8.30pm

Pa Sheehy is an emerging folk artist from the south of Ireland.

After releasing his award winning debut EP “ The Art Of Disappearing” , he made his TV debut on Other Voices and went onto sell out a European tour, and secured some major festivals around Ireland and the UK.

His ever changing DNA has drifted far from his chart topping days with Walking On Cars as he finds himself in a spellbinding rootsy folk world that makes him one of Ireland’s most exciting prospects for the year ahead. His biggest musical influences are Sufjan Stveens, A Blaze Of Feather & Tom Waitts and after spending most of 2023 in the recording studio, 2024 becomes a very important year for the wordsmith as his debut solo record is due for release.

Prepare for a true underground experience. Deep in the heart of the earth, 200 feet down, Doolin Cave is a fantasy-like world created from water, time and the hand of nature. Take a journey down through an intricate system of passages and pathways that will lead you into the majestic cathedral-like dome of the cave and the awe-inspiring wonder that is the Great Stalactite. 7.3 metres long and weighing around 10 tonnes, this vast structure reaches down from the roof of the Cave, catching the light, reflecting colours and detail like a massive, ornate glass chandelier.
