Cullinan’s Seafood Restaurant and Guesthouse is located in the heart of Doolin, overlooking the Aille River and just a short stroll from all amenities and pubs where you will find the best of traditional Irish music sessions nightly.
Our spacious bedrooms are all ensuite and equipped with flat screen TV’s, tea/coffee making facilities, powershowers, and free WIFi throughout. We also have free guest parking on site.
Chef/Owner James carefully prepares locally sourced ingredients cooked to order each morning. The award winning breakfast menu includes favourites such as fresh Fish of the Day, Burren Smoked Salmon on a potato rosti and homemade buttermilk pancakes as well as all the traditional dishes.

Chef/Owner James and his wife Carol have been in business in Doolin for almost 30 years. Cullinan’s was set up in 1994 and since then we have earned many prestigious awards for both the restaurant and guesthouse, most notably the AA Ireland Guesthouse of the Year award 2015. We have also received two AA rosettes for culinary excellence 2016/17 and are recommended in the Michelin Guide, Bridgestone Guide and Lonely Planet.
Chef/owner James and his wife Carol of Cullinan’s Seafood Restaurant specialise in locally caught seafood and also offers a choice of Steak, Chicken, Lamb and vegetarian dishes. Fresh and healthy is a theme that runs throughout our menus. Customers can enjoy an intimate setting overlooking the Aille River and historic 12 arch bridge. The dining room is surrounded by glass allowing a beautiful view of the atlantic sunset each evening. We have an a la carte menu and a special selection early bird menu to choose from, samples of which can be found on our website www.cullinansdoolin.com . The Restaurant opens for the season on 14.4.2017 and closes on 30.10.2017, serving dinner from 6 – 9pm daily, closed on Wednesday & Sunday evenings throughout the season (except bank holiday weekends)
