Russells blends the tradition of the surrounding area with a modern, considered palate. With a menu that champions local, quality, and sustainable ingredients; Russells brings farm and fish to fork in a symphony of flavour. Everything is cooked from scratch under the watchful eye of the Executive Head Chef Viv Kelly, who has over 20 years of experience in restaurants in iconic locations along the Wild Atlantic Way, as well as on the other side of the Atlantic, in New York.
