Wild Catering brings bespoke catering from Doolin to the Clare region, run by Chef & Owner Ryan Fitzpatrick who has over 12 years of experience working in high profile, luxury properties here in Ireland and around the world.

Wild Catering was set up in the middle of lockdown, at the end of June 2020, when we felt there was a need to offer a catering service to people in the comfort of their own home, as dining out had become quite restricted. We now offer services such as Afternoon Tea, Private Dining, Staff Parties, Hot & Cold Buffets, and various artisanal Platters just to mention a few. We cater to private, corporate and family events that will delight and inspire.

A real taste of the Burren brought to your home

We are lucky to be based in the Burren, which is known for some of Ireland’s finest farms and food producers. This is why sourcing local Irish ingredients wherever possible is a main ethos within our company.
Our menus reflect our passion of exceptional ingredients and distinguished flavors. Whether a multi-course wedding reception or an intimate gathering with friends, we work closely with you to develop a menu which embodies your vision and desire. Our mission is to ensure your event is catered beyond expectation.

Meet The Chef – Ryan Fitzpatrick

My passion for cooking began at a young age, where you would always find me in the kitchen. I was always intrigued by what you could do with the simplest ingredients. 

Working in local restaurants was a great foundation as a young chef. From there, I moved to NYC to work with some established catering companies, such as Abigail Kirsch and Pinch Food Design on high profile events. During my time in NYC I also gained experience at a Michelin star restaurant,  A Voce.

Once I returned to Ireland I honed my skills and knowledge working in various 5* resorts, such as Ashford Castle, The Europe Hotel & Resort, The Dunloe Hotel and Gardens and most recently, Adare Manor. During the winter months, I had the pleasure to travel to France and Japan, working as a private chef in ski chalets, entertaining and cooking for house guests. It is from these experiences that my passion and interest for private dining began.

I am now delighted to be back home in Doolin and I am looking forward to catering for your event.
